With over two decades of experience in the sports industry, including competing at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, I have a deep understanding of the demands that athletes face. Throughout my swimming career, I successfully balanced high school, full-time university studies, work commitments, and a personal life all while training and competing at the highest level. I had the privilege of representing my country at the Olympics, 3 x Commonwealth Games, and 5 x World Championships.
In addition to the challenges of being an elite athlete, I also had to navigate the realities of my mother's mental health diagnosis of schizophrenia. This experience taught me the importance of prioritising my own mental health and well-being from an early stage in my swimming career. Now, I'm thrilled to be able to give back to the world of sports.
My passion lies in supporting athletes like you in overcoming challenges and embracing the incredible opportunities that sport provides. Whether you're just beginning your journey or have been in the game for years, I am here to help you achieve your goals and become the best version of yourself.
